Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 27, 2026

Who we are: Lenore, Inc., doing business as Virtual Launch Pro, operating this site at green.virtuallaunch.pro. Contact: jamie.williams@virtuallaunch.pro.

What we collect

We collect information you type into forms on this site: your name, email address, business name, phone number if you provide it, and your answers to the 280E Risk Mini-Review assessment, including the score and flags computed from them.

If you use the 1040-ES estimate tool, we also collect the figures you enter — entity type, medical share, gross receipts, cost of goods sold, operating expenses, and marginal rate — so we can compute and send your estimate.

If you subscribe to our articles, we collect your name, email address, and which article you subscribed from, so we can send you the updates you chose.

When you submit a form, we also record a one-way scrambled version of your network address. We use it only to prevent abuse of our forms. It cannot be reversed into your address, and it is not linked to your name.

We also collect limited, cookieless analytics — pages viewed and events such as starting or completing the assessment — through PostHog. This analytics data is not tied to your name or email.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How we use it

  • To send you the report or estimate you requested, and a portal invitation if you create an account.
  • To send you article updates, if you subscribed, at the cadence you chose.
  • To contact you about your results, only if you checked the box asking us to.
  • To operate the client portal if you become a client.
  • To understand how the site is used, in aggregate.

Where it goes

Your information is processed by the services we run this business on: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), ClickUp (our client and lead records), SuiteDash (our client portal), Resend (email delivery), PostHog (analytics), and Cal.com (consult scheduling — if you book a call, your name and email go to Cal.com to create the booking). Each processes your information to provide its service to us, not for its own purposes.

Like most websites, our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads. That request does not include anything you typed into our forms.

We do not share your information with anyone else except if the law requires it.

Your choices

  • The follow-up checkbox is optional. Leave it unchecked and we will not contact you about your results beyond sending the report you asked for.
  • Every email we send includes a way to tell us to stop.
  • You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing jamie.williams@virtuallaunch.pro. We will act on the request unless a professional or legal obligation requires us to keep a record — tax practitioners are required to retain certain records.

Retention

We keep lead and client records for as long as they are useful to the engagement or required by professional record-keeping obligations, and delete them when they are neither.

Not advice, and not an engagement

Using this site, completing the assessment, or receiving the report does not make you a client and does not create a practitioner relationship. Anything you submit here is handled as described above, but it is not covered by practitioner confidentiality until an engagement exists.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date.
